Great collection for discussing self-protection with younger children

You probably *know* everything Jaime and Mary will say in this course, but if you're like me, there's little chance of you accessing that information from the depth of your brain. For example, I *know* that the best thing a child can do when they are lost is to stay put. But did I know it in a way that I could have a discussion about it with my daughter? Nope! This course is so valuable just for having this information collected and accessible in one place.
Even better - Jaime and Mary have really good phrases to help frame certain situations for young children. Having that language is so helpful for me to talk about these issues in a way that is age-appropriate and understandable for young children, without being frightening or alarming.

Compact and well structered course

Really great course. Mary and Jamie did a really good job. I am a karate trainer for kids aged 4-6. Many parents came to me with the wish: 'I want my child to learn karate so that they become self-confident and can defend themselves and go their own way safely.' I quickly realized that karate training alone might not be enough. So I spent a long time looking for content, topics and exercises. That was very tedious. With the Animal Instincts course I got exactly the compact material to fill this gap. As a mother, I am also grateful for some topics that I hadn't previously considered. I can highly recommend this great course.
